Inn Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notice required 14 days in advance of arrival date. Deposit will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival are responsible for the entire cost of reservation. The credit card on file will be charged in full unless the room(s) rebook. No refunds for late arrivals or early departure.
Pet Policy
No pets are permitted on the property. Only service animals as defined under the ADA are permitted and must be under the handler's control at all times. Guests violating this policy will be charged a minimum $250 cleaning fee and asked to leave the property.
Smoking Policy
The Saluda Inn is strictly non-smoking (and non-vaping) indoors and outdoors. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place in a public space, the hotel will charge a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
Noise Policy
The Saluda Inn maintains a zero-tolerance noise policy. A noise complaint will result in a warning; a second complaint will result in removal from the premises without a refund. All amplified sound ends promptly at 10:00 pm.
Televisions & Technology
All 4 suites contain televisions in the common room. Single rooms do not include televisions. We feature High Speed Fiber-optic Internet throughout the entire inn.
